Affordable, Professional Football Academy standard training is now available in Hua Mak and Bang-Na in Bangkok.
Provided by SEAL Football Academy, our sessions are designed to improve an individual’s technique and confidence on the ball and their tactical and game management off it.
SEAL CUBS
For Boys and Girls aged 4 to 8 years old
One of the best things for a child is being involved in social and physical activity, at SEAL we provide a Fun, Safe and Relaxed environment in which your child can do exactly that. Our sessions are designed to develop a player’s individual technique whilst giving them the chance to thoroughly enjoy our sessions filled with fun football games, ball mastery and small-sided matches.
Our SEAL CUBS enjoy a fast-paced, energetic program that gives them an opportunity to run and play while they improve muscle coordination and learn the concepts of teamwork and cooperation. SEAL CUBS features a variety of fun lessons and exercises designed to familiarise the young player with football. Classes are divided into smaller age groups allowing coaches to utilise age and level appropriate teaching tools.
SEAL Development
For Boys and Girls aged 9 to 11 years old
Our development players start to build on the skills they have learned. They will futher develop their core technical skills and start to understand the rules and tactics. Our aim is for all of our development students to progress into being squad players for the Lions and Lionesses and to push through into the first teams.
All our development players and invited to join our training sessions with the West Ham United Foundation coaches while they visit Thailand for the camps and VIP days.
SEAL Lions
For Boys aged 12 years old and above
Our LIONS are split into two groups our Development and Elite Development Players.
Our boys Development Centre which runs year-round, works on an 8-week syllabus with structured learning outcomes and key coaching points. We aim to develop core technical skills and start to understand tactics. In addition, we want players to progress from the Development Centre into the Elite Development Centre.
Our LIONS Elite Development Centre will run year round and we work on a 10 week syllabus of learning developed by and mirroring West Ham United Foundation Academy’s core programme. Our aim is to further develop core technical skills and fully understand tactics. Players signposted for the Elite Player Development Centre will undergo a 4 week trial when they move into the programme to ensure they are of the highest possible technical standard. During the 4 week trials we will work with the players to ensure we work on any skills that require further development.
All our players will be invited to join our West Ham Foundation elite coaching clinics and VIP coaching days.
SEAL lionesses
For Girls aged 12 years old and above
Our LIONESSES are a sister club to the West Ham United Foundation.
The Lionesses are split into two groups our Development Squad and Pro-Player Pathway.
Our girls Development Squad runs year-round, works on an 8-week syllabus with structured learning outcomes and key coaching points. We aim to develop core technical skills and start to understand tactics. In addition, we want players to progress from the Development Squad into the Pro-Player Pathway.
Our LIONESSES Pro-Player Pathway runs year round and we work on a 10 week syllabus of learning developed by and mirroring West Ham United Foundation Academy’s core programme. Our aim is to further develop core technical skills and fully understand tactics. Players signposted for the Pro-Player Pathway will undergo a 4 week trial when they move into the programme to ensure they are of the highest possible technical standard.
